Stone Cladding Melbourne
Choose the exact cladding slab, then take it home
Natural stone, porcelain and flexible panel cladding for interior feature walls and exterior facades, held in stock at our Campbellfield showroom and warehouse. You walk the floor, compare full pieces side by side and select the actual material for your wall. No small samples, no guessing, no appointment needed.
Real stone, not a printed look
What stone cladding is, and why the slab you see is the slab you get
Stone cladding is a layer of natural stone, porcelain or lightweight panel fixed to a wall for both protection and appearance. On a feature wall it brings genuine depth and shadow that a printed board cannot copy. On a facade it takes the weather while lifting the whole elevation.
The part that matters most when you buy is variation. Natural stone moves in colour and veining from piece to piece, so a small sample rarely tells you how a finished wall will look. Because we hold cladding in stock across a large Campbellfield warehouse, you inspect full pieces, compare them side by side and select the exact material that goes on your wall. That removes the usual uncertainty around colour, veining and batch difference before you commit a cent.
We supply homeowners, builders, architects, designers and stonemasons, and we are open to the public with wholesale pricing. You do not need a trade account or an appointment to walk in and choose.

Warm, earthy tone and soft texture. A favourite across feature walls and alfresco facades alike.
Distinctive veining for a refined interior statement on fireplaces, entries and living walls.
Melbourne's classic blue grey. Dense and hard wearing for facades, fences and pillars.
Calm neutral tone and a natural matt surface for an understated contemporary wall.
Scratch, stain and heat resistant. A robust choice for high traffic and exposed walls.
Dense and UV stable with striking veining. Well suited to weather exposed facades.
Soft, warm neutrals with subtle movement. A versatile bridge between marble and limestone.
Lightweight and versatile. Ideal for feature walls, curved surfaces and weight-sensitive areas.
Where it goes decides what it is
Interior and exterior cladding are different jobs
The same stone can behave very differently inside a living room and out on a west facing wall. The location sets the material, the finish and how it is fixed, so this is the first thing to settle.
Interior wall cladding
✔ Feature walls, fireplaces, entries, stair voids and splashbacks
✔ Marble, onyx and honed limestone for a refined, low relief look
✔ Backlit onyx and translucent panels for feature lighting
✔ Flexible panels suit curved walls and plasterboard with the right fixing
✔ Lower exposure means more freedom on colour and finish
Exterior wall cladding
✔ Facades, fences, pillars, retaining walls, pool surrounds and alfresco
✔ Bluestone, granite and quartzite for weather and UV resistance
✔ Split-face and natural-cleft textures shed water and hide marking
✔ Sealing and correct fixing handle Melbourne heat and damp cycles
✔ Dense, low porosity stone keeps long term maintenance down
Where stone cladding works
From a single feature wall to a full facade
Cladding is as much a design decision as a building one. These are the projects Melbourne homeowners, builders and designers bring to us most often.
01
Feature walls
Living rooms, entries and stair voids that need a focal point with real texture and shadow.
02
Facades
Front elevations and full house wraps that lift street presence, in weather ready stone.
03
Fireplaces
Floor to ceiling surrounds in marble, travertine, bluestone or lightweight panel.
04
Alfresco and outdoor kitchens
Walls that take sun and rain while tying the outdoor room back to the house.
05
Pool surrounds and fences
Cladding that coordinates with coping and paving for a resolved outdoor finish.
06
Commercial fitouts
Reception walls, hospitality and retail interiors, where flexible panels speed installation.
Getting the specification right
Four things that decide how a cladding wall looks and lasts
A few practical points worth settling before you buy. Bring your wall details to the showroom and our team will talk them through with you.
| Decision | Why it matters | What we help with |
|---|---|---|
| Location and exposure | Interior or exterior, sun, rain and splash all change the right material and finish | Matching a stone that suits the wall rather than one that will mark or weather |
| Substrate and weight | Brick, block, plasterboard or frame each need a suitable fixing, and heavy stone may need mechanical support | Flagging weight and pointing you to lightweight panels where they suit |
| Finish and format | Split-face, ledgestone, honed or natural-cleft change both look and labour | Showing full pieces in each finish so you choose on the real material |
| Sealing and care | Most natural stone benefits from sealing, more so outdoors and near water | Advising the right sealer and how often to reapply it |
