We start the process with an in-person consultation at our Melbourne showroom, or by phone or online video call if you can’t make it in person. During this first step:

• You’ll chat with our stone specialists about your vision, preferences, and requirements.
• We'll help you understand our extensive collection to find the perfect stone type for your project, whether you need a bathroom or kitchen benchtop or stone for a bar, outdoor kitchen, commercial kitchenette, or other space.
• We’ll provide helpful advice on the characteristics of different stone types and how they perform in various applications, so you can tell which product type might suit you best.
• We'll answer all your questions about maintenance, durability, aesthetic elements, and anything else you’d like to know.
• We'll talk about your budget and timeline expectations.

We make this consultation informative and pressure-free. We believe in building relationships based on trust and knowledge, guiding you toward the perfect stone selection, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale as some companies do.

Natural stone is a one-of-a-kind material formed over millions of years. Each slab tells its own geological story through unique patterns, veining, and colour variations. Once we understand your needs, we'll help you select the perfect stone for your project. You can:

• Browse our collection featuring marble, granite, limestone, travertine, dolomite, onyx, silica-free quartz, quartzite, and premium porcelain.
• See full slabs rather than small samples to really appreciate the natural patterns and unique characteristics of the available products.
• Learn about the practical considerations for each stone type in your specific application.
• Discuss finishes and treatments that will enhance your chosen stone.
• Reserve your selected slabs to ensure they're available for your project.

After selecting your stone:

• We provide a detailed quote outlining all the costs involved in your securing your chosen stone.
• You accept the quote and it's time to choose your stonemason to take care of delivery and install.
• We are happy to recommended stonemasons or you are welcome to use your own.
• Your chosen stonemason will need to visit your home or business to take precise measurements and arrange install.

Once measurements are complete, the transformation begins.

• We carefully prepare your selected stone slabs for cutting.
• Our skilled stonemasons use state-of-the-art machinery for precise outcomes.
• The product is finished according to your selected style.
• Cut-outs for sinks, cooktops, fixtures, and so on are perfectly measured and incorporated.
• Each piece undergoes meticulous quality control inspections.

Our fabrication process combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology. Our stonemasons bring years of experience to each project, ensuring the natural beauty of the stone is enhanced through the right cuts and finishes.

To get the best longevity out of your stone or porcelain benchtop, proper sealing is necessary. To achieve that, we apply premium-grade sealants specifically formulated for your stone type. This sealing process protects against stains and does not change the appearance or colour of your stone. All the treatments we apply are as eco-friendly as possible and always food-safe for kitchen applications.

The moment arrives when your stone becomes a new part of your home or business!  Your stonemason will take care of installation and make any on-site adjustments needed to ensure the process goes smoothly and your new benchtop integrates perfectly within your space.

You will likely have to coordinate with a few different tradespeople for a complete renovation. For example:

• Plumbers – Arrange a plumber to disconnect and/or reconnect sinks, taps, and dishwashers.
• Schedule your plumber to do their work before your benchtop installation (to disconnect existing fixtures if required) and after it (to install and connect new fixtures).
• Electricians – You’ll need them to disconnect and reconnect cooktops, ovens, and other electrical appliances. Again, they may be required before and after our work is done.
• Cabinetmakers – Your cabinetry needs to be installed and perfectly level before benchtop measurements are taken, so any cabinet adjustments must be completed before we arrive to measure up your space.
• Tilers – For projects involving floor or wall tiling, coordinate with your tiler regarding timing, especially for kitchen renovations.
• Painters – These tradespeople are usually scheduled after benchtop installation to avoid any damage to fresh paintwork.

We recommend booking these trades well in advance and communicating your benchtop timeline to ensure smooth coordination.

We provide information on regular cleaning with the most suitable stone-safe products to maintain the appearance and hygiene of your benchtop. Plus, periodic resealing every couple of years or so will help ensure ongoing protection. Our team is also always on hand for any after-care questions you might have.
